GENERAL:
ATK Audiotek is open from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday thru Friday.
Rentals may be picked up after 3:00pm and must be returned by
12:00pm on the agreed return date. Set-up and professional systems
operations are available upon request.
These services, however, are not included in our rental rates.
There is no courtesy or grace period on rented equipment. The late
return of equipment will be charged at the daily rate.
DELIVERY/PICK-UP:
Delivery and pick-up of rented equipment is available to ATK Audiotek
account holders only. The price will vary, depending on trucking,
time, and location of delivery/pick-up. Minimum charge for delivery
is $50.
PAYMENT:
ATK Audiotek accepts cash, personal check (w/ ID), company check,
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Corporate billing is available.
An account must be established two weeks prior to a rental.
SECURITY/ LIABILITIES:
ATK Audiotek requires a current certificate of insurance with
ATK Audiotek named as “Loss Payee” for all equipment
rented with a value over $2,500. Damage, theft, or loss of equipment,
while in the renter's possession, is the responsibility of the
renter.
RENTAL PERIODS:
Minimum rental period is 1 day.
One week period is at a 4 day rate. Therefore, if you have rented
equipment for a full 7 days you will only be paying for 4 days.
One month period is at a 12 day rate. On a monthly rental the
first 3 weeks are billed this way and the 4 th week is free.
Weekend rate is 1 day with a pick-up Friday after 3:00pm and return
Monday by 12:00 noon. |
